1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, registering an account, listing products as a vendor, or placing an order on Edu Picks, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with parental consent, to create an Edu Picks account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listing books, papers or programmes on Edu Picks warrant that they hold the necessary rights and licences to sell their content. Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring pricing, and complying with Singapore consumer-protection law.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only once payment has been captured and a confirmation email has been issued. Edu Picks reserves the right to cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery is provided island-wide across Singapore. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above SGD 80. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for physical books in resalable condition; digital and programme access is non-refundable once activated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Edu Picks — including the Edu Picks name, logo, curated lists, and platform code — is the property of Edu Picks or its licensors. Vendor listings and product imagery remain the property of their respective vendors.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping listings, uploading unlawful content, impersonating another user, or attempting to circumvent our payment or vendor systems. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
Edu Picks acts as a marketplace connecting parents, students and educators with independent vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of the order in dispute.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
